Easy Dinner: Baked Meatball Subs & Baked Honey Nectarines w/ Vanilla Creme

When I make dinner I like to make something quick but still good. I don't really like to follow really long recipes with alot of ingredients. I ran across these recipes on Pinterest and then just tweaked it to fit my style.

 Baked Meatball Subs
Ingredients
Meatballs
Sub Rolls
Mozzarella Cheese
Marinara Sauce
I used meatballs that were already cooked but if you have the time you can make your own then cook them and start my steps. Heat the meatballs up with the Marinara Sauce in a medium sauce pan. Use a 9x13 pan and line your Sub Rolls up with slit up. Once meatballs are hot fill the Sub Rolls. Then put all the extra Marinara Sauce on top of the meatballs, top generously with Mozzarella Cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Baked Honey Nectarines
Ingredients
Ripe Nectarines
Butter
Honey
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar
Peel and then cut the Nectarines in half, remove seed, put into a swallow baking dish. Put about a teaspoon of butter on the top of each Nectarine, then about  1 1/2 tablespoons of Brown Sugar on top of butter. Sprinkle with Cinnamon, Drizzle with Honey. Use as much or as little cinnamon and honey you like. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until Nectarines are soft.

Vanilla Creme for Baked Nectarines
 Ingredients
Vanilla Yogurt
Cinnamon
Honey
Vanilla Extract
Mix 1 cup of yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon of Cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of Honey, 1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract. You can tweak this to fit your taste.

Hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we did. Please share any ideas you might have in the comments.
