Light Me Up Blue for Autism Awareness

This is me doing my part. I put my blue light bulb in for the month of April. Also my blog, Twitter and FB will be sporting blue for April.

What are you going to do to Light It Up Blue? Home Depot has special blue bulb that you can buy plus a part of the sales goes to help Autism Speaks. They are also suppose to have Autism Speaks blue lanterns.http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

From Autism Speaks Website:
"The light bulbs retail for $1.65, and $1 from each one purchased, up to $80,000, will benefit Autism Speaks. The Coleman LED lanterns retail at $19.88 and $2 from each, up to $160,000, will go to Autism Speaks. The lantern alternates from white to blue when illuminated. The Home Depot arranged for the specially marked Light It Up Blue Coleman products to be manufactured and distributed throughout all of their stores in the United States and will be available in stores from March 15 through the end of April or while supplies last."

You can also go to Light It Up Blue and get a kit to use for the month. They have also of different item to show your support.
